As a co-founder and Managing Partner, Dilpreet handles client relationships and holds administrative responsibilities at Nexus. During & after finishing BSL LLB from ILS Law College, Pune in India, he pursued a correspondence degree in Masters in Business Laws (MBL) from NLS, Bangalore in India. At this point the entrepreneurial urge within him started conceiving the idea of attaining Business Management skills in addition to acquiring acumen in legal studies. Therefore, soon after graduation he joined De Montfort University, England (UK) to pursue MSc International Business & Management research program.

As a practicing litigant, his expertise lied in Corporate & Commercial Law and Intellectual Property Law. Dilpreet has significant & diverse transactional experience, encircling mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign collaborations, corporate reorganizations. He has also compiled his research on ‘HR perspective of Indian Outsourcing Industry’. In addition to compiling research projects such as Bank Guarantees, Legality and money Laundering, General meetings of companies and Unfair labour practices, he also designed and delivered a series of lectures for bachelor level management students of BMC College in Pune, Maharashtra.

His experience in research and project compilation shall ensure guidance to the prospective team members of Nexus.
